Regarding the shipping concern, both of your orders were dispatched as separate parcels, each with its own postage and tracking. When parcels arrive on the same day, it can understandably give the impression they were combined, but they were processed independently.

As for customs or import handling, charges can vary from parcel to parcel depending on the carrier and HMRC’s assessment at the time of entry. It’s not something we pre‑charge or control, and it can sometimes make two similar shipments appear inconsistent.
